  • cups roasted chicken cooked chopped
  • 12 oz suya seasoning mix frozen
  • 10.8 oz cream of chicken soup canned
  • 10.8 oz cream of mushroom soup canned
  • 10 oz canned tomatoes diced with green chiles, undrained canned
  • teaspoon chili powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt 
  • 12 6-inch corn tortillas soft ()
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, stir together chicken, seasoning blend, soups, tomatoes, chili powder and garlic salt.
  3. Layer one-third of the tortilla pieces in baking dish. Top with one-third of the chicken mixture and 2/3 cup of the cheese. Repeat layers twice.
