  • dash angostura bitters 
  • dashes angostura bitters 
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  •  mint leaves 
  • 4.5 teaspoons karo syrup 
  • teaspoon simple syrup glaze 
  • 0.3 cup spiced rum

    1. Gently muddle (or mix with a swizzlestick) 1/4 cup spiced rum (or try Chairman's Reserve Spiced
    2. Rum), 4 1/2 teaspoons orgeat syrup (such asBrooklyn Orgeat Works or Monin), 2 tablespoonsfresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon simple syrup,and 2 mint sprigs in a cocktail shaker.Cover and shake well.
    3. Pour into a Pilsneror Collins glass. Fill glass halfway withcrushed ice, pushing mint toward bottomof the glass. Stir with a swizzle stick.Top with more crushed ice, moundingover rim of the glass. Top with 2 dashes
    4. Peychaud's bitters and 1 dash Angosturabitters.
    5. Garnish with 2 mint sprigs.
