  • pieces chives 
  • ounces frangelico cut into very small cubes ( 1/8")
  •  garlic clove finely grated
  • 12 servings kosher salt 
  • 1.3 teaspoons juice of lemon fresh divided
  • tablespoons soy sauce reduced-sodium
  •  pears cored quartered
  • tablespoons spring onion finely chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons sesame oil toasted
  • teaspoons sesame seed divided toasted

Directions

  1. Peel 1 pear quarter; cut into very smallcubes (about 1/8").
  2. Place in a small bowl andtoss with 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice.
  3. Cut remainingpear quarters into thin slices.
  4. Place in amedium bowl and toss with remaining 1 teaspoonlemon juice.
  5. Whisk scallions, soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesameseeds, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper ina medium bowl.
  6. Add filet mignon and pearcubes and gently toss until just combined;season to taste with salt.
  7. Neatly spoon tartare over pear slices.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining 1 teaspoon sesame seedsand garnish with chives.
