Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup apple cider vinegar 
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoon ginger fresh finely grated peeled
  • large garlic clove minced
  • small tomatoes green seeded finely chopped (unripe)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 1.5 lb ground lamb lean
  • tablespoons maple syrup pure
  •  plum tomatoes seeded finely chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper dried red hot to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare grill for cooking.
