  • 16 ounce lamb loin chops lean ()
  • 0.5 teaspoon mint leaves dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon roasted garlic-pepper seasoning or black
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients; stir well, and set aside.
  2. Trim fat from chops; sprinkle chops with 1/4 teaspoon salt and garlic pepper.
  3. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Add chops. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 2 to 3 additional minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
  5. Serve with sour cream sauce.
