  • 0.8 teaspoon pepper black divided freshly ground
  • tablespoon herbs de provence dried crushed
  • teaspoon kosher salt divided
  • 27 ounce lamb leg steaks trimmed ()
  • inch vidalia sweet ( 1 large)
