  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  •  carrots sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 0.5 pound peas green
  •  juice of lemon 
  • pounds lamb loins cubed
  • cups chicken stock see (or chicken stock)
  • cup mushrooms 
  • cup mushrooms 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • small onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano 
  • teaspoons parsley chopped
  • servings salt

Directions

  1. Saute lamb chops in 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
  2. Place 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a wok and add onions, carrots, salt and pepper, oregano and stock.
  3. Add lamb, mushrooms and peas.In a separate bowl, mix parsley, lemon juice and cinnamon.
  4. Add this mixture to the wok.
  5. Serve with couscous.
