  • cup parsley fresh
  • 0.5 cup mint leaves fresh
  • 1.5 tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 cup olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • 6-inch wholewheat pita breads with pockets ()
  • teaspoon pomegranate molasses 
  • pounds tomatoes cut into wedges

Directions
