  • 56 ounce tomatoes diced canned
  • teaspoon ground pepper black
  • cup catsup 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper sauce hot
  • 15 ounce potatoes diced drained canned
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt 
  • 4.5 cups turkey cooked chopped
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.3 cup vinegar 
  • cups water 
  • 30.5 ounce kernel corn whole drained canned
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce 
  • small onions yellow chopped

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large stock pot over medium heat. Cook and stir the onion in the hot oil until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the turkey, tomatoes, potatoes, water, ketchup, barbecue sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring stew to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add corn and cook another 30 minutes.
