Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  •  bacon low-fat crumbled cooked drained ()
  • 2.5 teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh chopped
  • 10 ounce baby lima beans frozen cooked drained
  •  garlic clove minced
  • cups cut green beans (1-inch) ( 1 pound)
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoon lemon rind grated
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1.5 cups plum tomatoes chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk.
  2. Steam the green beans, covered, for 8 minutes or until tender.
  3. Combine green beans, tomato, and lima beans in a large bowl.
  4. Pour basil mixture over bean mixture, and toss well.
  5. Sprinkle with bacon.
