  • 1.5 teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup basil fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon pepper 
  • tablespoons mayonnaise low-fat
  • 0.5 teaspoon olive oil 
  • 24 ounce chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • tablespoons citrus champagne vinegar

Directions

  1. To prepare chicken, combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken to basil mixture, turning to coat.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  4. Add chicken to pan; cook 8 minutes on each side or until done.
  5. While chicken cooks, prepare aioli.
  6. Combine 1/4 cup basil and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  7. Serve with chicken.
