- 0.5 cup less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 teaspoons juice of lemon fresh
- 0.1 teaspoon lemon rind grated
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon salt

- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray.
- Add broccoli and garlic. Saut 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
