  • tablespoons chardonnay dry white
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon optional: dill dried
  • medium garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoon lemon rind grated

Directions

  4. Remove chicken from bowl, discarding marinade.
  5. Add chicken to pan; cook 6 minutes on each side or until done.
  6. Place chicken on a serving platter.
  7. Stir salt into reserved marinade; spoon evenly over chicken.
