  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh minced

  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • medium onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound chicken breast boneless skinless cut into strips
  • 1.5 cups rice white uncooked minute®

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook chicken, onion, carrot and garlic in butter for 5 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned and meat juices run clear, stirring occasionally.
