- 2 cups rice long-grain white hot cooked
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 0.3 cup milk
- 1 cup orange pepper strips
- 1 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into thin strips
- 1 cup snow peas trimmed
