  • 800 garbanzo beans drained canned
  •  garlic clove roughly chopped
  • tbsp greek yogurt 
  • tbsp tahini 
  • tbsp olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  •  lemon zest 
  • 20 cilantro leaves

Directions
