  • 30 ounce club soda 
  • 12 slices cucumber thin
  • 12 sprigs mint leaves fresh for garnish
  • cup hendrick's gin 
  • 12 slices optional: lemon thin
  • 0.3 cup bottled lemon juice

    Directions

    1. In a large pitcher, combine the club soda, gin and lemon juice.
    2. Place a lemon slice and a cucumber slice in each of 12 glasses.
    3. Add 1 cup crushed ice to each glass.
    4. Pour the gin mixture into the glasses and garnish each with a mint sprig, if desired.
