  • cup golden raisins 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • cups jasmine rice uncooked
  • tablespoons lemon rind grated
  • cup pistachios shelled
  • teaspoon pepper white

    2. Combine rind and remaining ingredients in a large zip-top bag, turning bag until mixture is blended.
    3. Place 1 1/2 cups rice mixture into each of 4 containers. Seal tightly.
