Ingredients

  • lb beef top sirloin steaks boneless
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • cup beef broth 
  • tablespoon flour all-purpose
  • teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • teaspoons worcestershire sauce 
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • tablespoons chives fresh chopped

Directions

  1. Cut beef into 4 serving pieces. Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of beef with pepper. Cook beef in skillet 9 to 11 minutes for medium doneness (160°F), turning once.
  3. Remove beef from skillet; keep warm.
  4. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients except chives until smooth; add to skillet.
  5. Heat to boiling. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in chives.
  6. Serve over beef.
