  • 0.3 cup cornstarch 
  •  egg yolks slightly beaten
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • tablespoon lemon rind grated
  • cup sugar 
  • cup water

    3. Remove from heat and continue stirring until smooth. Stir in butter, lemon rind, and lemon juice. Cool.
