Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • pounds chicken thighs 
  •  garlic cloves chopped
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons blackstrap molasses 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a dish; add chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  2. Preheat oven to 42
  3. Remove chicken from dish; reserve marinade. Arrange chicken in a shallow roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Pour reserved marinade over chicken; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes; baste chicken with marinade.
  6. Bake an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley, if desired.
