Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter 
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoons lemon rind grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • pounds sugar snap peas fresh

Directions

  1. Cook peas in boiling salted water to cover 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
