  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • teaspoon sesame oil dark
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon lemon rind fresh grated
  • teaspoons soya sauce low-sodium
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon sesame seed toasted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
  4. Place asparagus on a baking sheet; coat with cooking spray, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake at 450 for 7 to 9 minutes or until asparagus is tender and lightly browned.
  6. Transfer asparagus to a serving dish; toss with soy sauce mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
