  • 0.5 teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup tarragon fresh minced
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoon lemon zest 
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise 
  • 16 oz peas frozen thawed
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour
  • 0.3 teaspoon sugar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon paprika sweet

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon zest and juice, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika. Taste dressing and add sugar, if desired.
  2. Place peas, onion and tarragon in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle enough dressing over to coat lightly (you might have extra dressing; cover and chill for up to 3 days) and gently toss to combine. Cover and chill salad for at least 1 hour before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning, if desired.
