  • cups mushrooms sliced
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • cup snow peas trimmed

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add asparagus, mushrooms, and snow peas; saut 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add garlic; saut 1 minute.
  4. Combine parsley and remaining ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle over the vegetables.
  6. Serve immediately.
