  • cups baby spinach 
  • 1.5 cups bulgur 
  • tablespoons optional: dill chopped
  • servings salt and pepper freshly ground
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoon lemon zest finely grated
  • 0.5 cup olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • tablespoons pinenuts 
  •  radishes thinly sliced
  • pound shrimp shelled cooked

Directions

  1. In a bowl, cover the bulgur with warm tap water.
