  • 400 lentils rinsed drained canned
  •  roasted peppers red chopped
  • handful radishes sliced
  • handful olives 
  • tbsp balsamic vinegar 
  • tbsp olive oil 
  •  little gem lettuces 
  • 150 feta cheese crumbled
