Ingredients

  • handful almonds toasted sliced
  •  chicken breast skinless cut into bite-size pieces
  • 100 ml chicken stock see 
  • tsp garam masala 
  •  garlic clove 
  • small knob ginger fresh peeled finely sliced
  • tbsp almond flour 
  •  onion sliced
  • tbsp vegetable oil 

Equipment

    Directions

    1. Cook the ginger, garlic and onion in a large panwith the oil until softened. Tip in the chicken andcook until lightly browned, about 5 mins, thenadd in garam masala and cook for 1 min further.
    2. Pour over the stock and simmer for 10 minsuntil the chicken is cooked through.
    3. Mix togetherthe fromage frais and ground almonds. Take thepan off the heat and stir in the fromage fraismixture.
    4. Sprinkle over sliced almonds, garnishwith coriander and serve with boiled rice, chapatisor plain naan bread.
