Ingredients

  •  carrots shredded
  • small head iceberg lettuce shredded
  • teaspoon mustard dijon-style prepared
  • small onion chopped
  • tablespoons yogurt plain
  •  radishes thinly sliced
  • tablespoon sesame seed toasted
  • teaspoon soya sauce 
  • cups turkey cooked sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar white
  •  zucchini julienned sliced

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, radishes, carrots, zucchini and onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mustard, soy sauce and sugar.
  3. Pour dressing over turkey mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Divide shredded lettuce among 6 plates, spoon on turkey salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
