Ingredients

  • 20 ounce pineapple crushed canned
  • 12 large marshmallows 
  • ounce jell-o brand lime flavor gelatin 
  • cup curd cottage cheese 
  • 0.5 cup walnut pieces chopped
  • cup whipped cream

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple, saving juice.
  2. Add water if needed to make 1 1/2 cups juice.
  3. Put juice in saucepan and boil for 1 minute.
  4. Add marshmallows and melt while stirring.
  5. Add lime Jello and dissolve completely.
  6. Let cool until thickens.
  7. Add crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, nuts and whipped cream and stir.
  8. Refrigerator 1-2 hours until set.
