Ingredients

  • ounce catfish fillets 
  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard dry
  •  garlic clove pressed
  • slices garnishes: lime and orange and parsley sprigs fresh
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup orange juice 
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons sugar

Directions

  1. Whisk together first 8 ingredients; gradually whisk in olive oil until well blended.
  2. Remove half of juice mixture, and set aside.
  3. Place catfish in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; pour remaining marinade over catfish. Cover or seal bag, and chill 15 minutes, turning catfish once.
  4. Remove catfish from marinade, discarding marinade.Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-high heat (350 to 400).
  5. Place catfish on rack, and grill 5 minutes on each side or until done.
  6. Remove to a serving platter; drizzle with reserved marinade.
  7. Garnish, if desired.
