  • pounds chicken thighs bone-in
  • teaspoons tarragon dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon hot sauce 
  • 0.5 cup juice of lime fresh
  • 0.5 cup olive oil 
  • tablespoons onion chopped
  • teaspoon salt
