Directions

  1. Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add milk and Neufchatel; cook 5 min. or until Neufchatel is melted, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
