  • slices bread whole-wheat toasted cut into 5- x 3-inch pieces and
  • cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh chopped for garnish

  • 0.8 pound live maine lobsters cooked coarsely chopped
  • tablespoon olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
