Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • cup cilantro leaves chopped
  • tablespoon coconut oil 
  • cups so delicious dairy free coconut milk beverage unsweetened
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  • cup lobster claw meat cooked chopped
  • cups quinoa macaroni pasta 
  • cloves roasted garlic mashed
  • teaspoon sea salt 
  • teaspoon paprika smoked
  • tablespoons tapioca flour 
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain and drizzle a little olive oil or any other vegetable oil.In a sauce pan, add coconut oil.
  3. Let melt on medium heat.
  4. Add Coconut Milk Beverage and stir. In a small cup add tapioca starch and water. Stir until blended.
  5. Add this slurry to the coconut oil mixture in the sauce pan.
  6. Whisk until incorporated.
  7. Add sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika and roasted garlic if desired. Stir well. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat.
  8. Add cooked lobster. Continue to stir. Cover.Arrange cooked quinoa macaroni on a platter.
