  • 11 oz mandarin orange segents drained canned
  • oz cool whip free whipped topping divided thawed
  • serving ice cubes 
  • 0.6 oz jell-o orange flavor gelatin sugar free
  • cup water cold
  • 1.5 cups water boiling

Directions

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
  2. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1-1/2 cups.
  3. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted.
  4. Place oranges in 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray; cover with 2 cups gelatin. Refrigerate 45 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  5. Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining gelatin 45 min. or until slightly thickened.
  6. Whisk in 2 cups COOL WHIP until well blended.
  7. Pour over gelatin layer in mold.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.
  9. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
