  • teaspoon ground pepper 
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth 
  • 0.5 tablespoon chili paste depending on your taste pref with garlic
  • tablespoon cornstarch mixed with equal parts water
  • tablespoons sherry dry
  • 0.5 tablespoon fermented black beans rinsed mashed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ginger fresh minced
  • cloves garlic crushed
  • ounces ground pork 
  • cup peas green frozen
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • 14 ounce spicy tofu drained cut into cubes

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine ground pork, sherry and 1 teaspoon cornstarch; set aside.
