  • teaspoon ginger fresh grated
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons macadamia nuts chopped
  • servings mustard sauce 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • servings mango salsa 
  • 0.5 cup soya sauce

  2. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
  3. Grill, covered with lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 40
  4. minutes on each side or until done.
  5. Drizzle with Mustard Sauce; sprinkle evenly with nuts.
  6. Serve with Mango Salsa.
