  • tablespoons chives fresh chopped
  • cups frisée french loosely packed ( curly endive) (from 1 head)
  • tablespoon mustard coarse-grain
  • 0.3 cup olive oil extra-virgin
  • medium radishes trimmed thinly sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons shallots minced
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • 0.3 cup white-wine vinegar 
  • cups mche loosely packed (lamb's lettuce)

Directions
