  • large eggs 
  • 1.3 cups skim milk fat-free
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup spring onion chopped
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • pound diestel breakfast sausage

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Arrange bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes or until toasted.

  5. Add sausage to pan; cook 6 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble.
