Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • tablespoon canola oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • tablespoon ginger fresh minced peeled
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 cup spring onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup soy sauce low-sodium
  • ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded
  • tablespoons peanut butter natural-style
  • 12 inch uncook pizza crust 
  • 0.8 cup rice vinegar 
  • 0.5 pound chicken breast boneless skinless cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded
  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 50
  2. Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add canola oil to pan; swirl to coat.
  5. Add chicken; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Remove chicken from pan.
  7. Pour rice vinegar mixture into pan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook 6 minutes or until slightly thickened. Return chicken to pan; cook 1 minute or until chicken is done. (
  8. Mixture will be consistency of thick syrup.)
  9. Sprinkle cheeses over prepared Basic Pizza Crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border; top with chicken mixture.
  10. Bake at 500 on bottom oven rack for 12 minutes or until crust is golden.
  11. Sprinkle with green onions.
  12. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
