  • 30  marshmallows jet-puffed divided
  • 45 oz sweet potatoes drained canned

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook 6 marshmallows, butter and cinnamon in medium saucepan on low heat until marshmallows are melted and mixture is blended, stirring frequently.
  3. Add potatoes; beat with mixer until blended.
  4. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining marshmallows.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until potato mixture is heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned.
