Ingredients

  • 20 ounce pineapple rings with juice crushed canned
  •  eggs 
  • 3.5 ounce vanilla pudding instant
  • 11 ounce mandarin orange segents canned
  • cup vegetable oil 
  • ounce non-dairy whipped topping frozen thawed
  • 18.3 ounce cake mix yellow

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges with juice. Beat until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
