Ingredients

  •  avocados cut into chunks
  • 0.3 cup creamy peanut butter 
  • 0.3 cup chicken broth fat-free reduced-sodium
  • 0.1 tsp garlic powder 
  • Tbsp honey 
  •  mangos cut into chunks
  • 0.3 cup miracle whip dressing 
  • Tbsp lite soy sauce

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Gradually stir in chicken broth. Reserve half the peanut butter mixture to serve as a dipping sauce.
  3. Thread mango and avocado chunks alternately onto 8 wooden skewers.
  4. Brush with remaining peanut butter mixture.
  5. Grill skewers 2 min. on each side or until fruit is lightly browned on both sides.
  6. Serve with reserved dipping sauce.
