  • tablespoons mint leaves fresh minced
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh
  • 1.5 cups mangos diced peeled
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons onion diced sweet
  • teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  2. Combine corn and oil, tossing well.
  3. Place on a baking sheet, spreading evenly.
  4. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Cool.
  5. Combine corn, mango, and remaining ingredients in a bowl; toss gently.
