Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup banana ripe mashed
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • cups mangos ripe peeled cut into 1-inch pieces ( 4 large)
  • 0.8 cup powdered sugar 
  • ounce carton vanilla yogurt low-fat

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • blender
  • plastic wrap

Directions

  1. Place mango pieces on a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap; freeze at least 4 hours.
  2. Remove from freezer; let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Place mango pieces in a food processor or blender; process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.
  4. Add sugar, banana, and lime juice. With food processor on, slowly spoon yogurt through food chute; process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl once. Spoon mixture into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  5. Let the Mango Freeze soften a little before serving.
