Ingredients

  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • 0.5 cup cooking wine dry white
  • cup mangos peeled chopped
  • 0.5 cup peach preserves 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • cup pineapple juice 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 24 ounce skinned 
  • 1.5 tablespoons mustard stone-ground
  • tablespoon water

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
  5. Remove chicken from pan.
  6. Add mango mixture; bring to a boil. Return chicken to pan; reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is done and sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
