Ingredients

  • oz jell-o lemon flavor gelatin 
  • Tbsp lemon zest 
  •  mangos peeled chopped
  • 0.5 cup pomegranate seeds 
  • 1.5 cups water boiling
  • 1.5 cups water cold
  • 0.7 cup cool whip whipped topping thawed

Directions

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Add cold water, lemon zest and juice; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour or until thickened.
  3. Stir in mangos and pomegranate seeds.
  4. Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving plate.
  6. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
