  • large mangoes peeled halved thinly sliced
  • 8.3 inch thick mozzarella cheese fresh (from one 8-ounce ball)
  • tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
  •  radicchio leaves thick ends trimmed
  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar white
