  • 0.5 cup maple syrup 
  • 0.3 cup apple jelly 
  • tablespoon soya sauce 
  • 0.3 cup chives fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground mustard

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil.
  2. Place meaty sides down in foil-lined pan; cover with foil.
  3. Bake 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, stir together remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot and well blended.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
  7. Remove ribs from oven. Uncover; drain liquid from ribs. Turn ribs meaty sides up; brush with 1/2 of syrup mixture.
  8. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
  9. Brush with remaining syrup mixture; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until ribs are tender and glazed.
